She texted me about when she was out of surgery, when she woke up and when they brought her home, etc. Later that night she said “We have 3 pain pills to give her tonight. What if she needs more than 3? We are supposed to keep her still but she won’t quit jumping and trying to run. I don’t know what to do.” Then all of a sudden she had an epiphany and said “Oh my gosh, is this what it’s like to have kids?” I told her “Pretty much, except the hospital bills are a lot more expensive…”

Will Borland, Patrick Borland, Layla Simpkins, Katelyn Borland, Kaylee Simpkins

Linda and Sidney’s grandchildren are blessed to have such a warm and loving family.  They are cherished, and as you can see, they are cute as can be.  They are also bright and entertaining.Although they live in two different states, they manage to have time to play and to love being cousins. I pray God’s protection and blessings on each one.

November 29th, 2015 Comments off

One of the things I regret is that I never  learned to ride a horse.    I feel I have missed something very special in never having had a horse for a friend.  I’m glad Katelyn will get to have that experience.12208814_10206758649977751_6021192385200770231_n
